The Haunting is Soon to be Begun !

Summary:
The inhabitants finally get to the house and they start roaming around just to see where they are going to spend the summer. Theodora and Eleanor became good friends and then Luke got there and finally Dr. Montague was the last person to arrive. When everyone was there he told them to get some rest and to be careful at night. However, they didn't want to go to sleep because they wanted to hear the legend of Hill House and Dr. Montague struggled to tell them because he was afraid that they will try and leave the house and they can't leave the house because at night the house doesn't let anyone leave it. People can only leave the house in the morning before it gets dark out. Also, apparently all the tenants that been to the house and have made it out never want to talk about their experience. Dr. Montague tried to talk to some of them to see what else he can find out about the house and no one really satisfied his intrigue.

Quote:
"Without exception, every person who has spent any length of time in this house urged me to stay as far away from it as possible" (Jackson 72).

Response:
This quote further explains that many people that have been at the house leave traumatized. The house is truly haunted and now Dr. Montague, Luke, Eleanor and Theodora have to endure the adventure their about to enter.
